This product is for vehicles equipped with platform style hitch racks only. This product cannot be used with hanging racks, low or narrow profile vehicles. Excessive wind drag can cause damage to bikes, rack and cover. Bike height and width cannot exceed the height and width of the rear of the tow vehicle.

Will you compete against us, do you sell your product at a discount direct to consumer?
Our pricing philosophy is simple. We do not offer large or consistent discounts on our products. We do not want to be a competitor against our retailers. Our direct to consumer customers will pay the same MAP price that they will at our retailers. Charging a higher MAP price, then offering discounts doesn't fit our brand. We offer very high quality products to the market. We know the value of them. On a very rare occasion, we may offer temporary discounts. This is the exception, not the norm.
What bike racks work best with The X-Vault?
It is specifically designed for hitch, mounted platform style racks only. It is not compatible with hanging racks.
What type of tow vehicles is it compatible with?
In general, bike covers should not be used with low or narrow profile vehicles. The outline of the bicycles should match the outline of the rear of the vehicle, in height and width. Excessive wind drag can damage bicycle racks, bicycles, and the cover.
How many bikes will fit in it?
The X-Vault is designed to fit 1-2 bicycles.
How waterproof is it?
The X-Vault is extremely waterproof. Our cover has a DWR coating on the exterior which helps shed water. On the interior it’s lined with a soft, fully waterproof TPU coating. To take it a step further, all the major seams are sealed against water intrusion as well.
Will the bicycles get scratched or damaged while under the cover?
No, we have taken three steps to ensure bicycles will not be damaged while under the cover. The backside of our cover is made from a soft TPU coating. Our 8-point compression system ensures that the cover will not be flapping around in the wind, damaging bicycles! As a last line of defense, we have included frame protectors in our kit.
What does each X-Vault kit come with?
Each kit comes with our heavy duty bicycle cover, tail lights, a locking device and frame pads to protect the bicycles.
What are your shipping time frames?
Most of our orders ship out of our warehouse within 48 hours. Expect to receive your order about 4-6 business days after it is placed. However, shipping times may vary by region.
Who pays for shipping?
You pay for shipping. We do offer reduced rate shipping with our carriers. We offer large discounts on shipping for bulk orders. We have the ability to deliver product for free in some cases, in Southeastern Michigan. This would apply only if, you are on or near our delivery routes.
Do you offer drop shipping services?
We are not set up to do that on a consistent basis. However, if you need that done on occasion, let us know.
How do we pay for your products?
Payment is due upon your order. You can pay via credit card or check. Products will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
What are your MOQ's (minimum order quantity)?
There are no minimums.
Do you offer financing terms?
Not at this time.
Do you offer tiered discounts for larger quantity orders?
We typically do not. However, if you're looking to place a very large order, lets talk. We value your business.
What is your product warranty?
All P39 made products such as The X-Vault, come with a one year limited warranty.
How are product warranties handled?
We handle all customer warranty claims on our products. Please refer your customer to us, at info@p3nine.com or they can call us directly at 810-881-2453.
Do you replace defective or damaged items?
Items that are defective or damaged can be replaced by contacting us at info@p3nine.com
Who covers return shipping for damaged or defective products?
If our product is defective, we'll cover the shipping. If it has been damaged during shipping, we'll handle those occurrences with the shipping company.
Where is your product shipped from?
Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Michigan.
What does the P39 Onboarding process consist of?
Our goal is to help our retail partners become more successful and profitable. This is why we take our on boarding process seriously. The first step is to get set up with the retailer agreement and establish a timeline for Onboarding. The second step will involve us training you and your staff (via video or webinar) how to properly install, use and sell our products. This results in more sales for you! We will also show you how to set up your display, provide product information materials to customers and more.
What marketing materials do you provide for retailers?
We provide product display banners & signage, informational handouts, and social media content.
How much does Onboarding with P39 cost?
It's completely free. Our goal is to help you become successful and profitable. The Onboarding process allows us to give you the knowledge and tools to do that.
